Top System

It can only be used with anchoring to the wall or to a fixed structure at least every 4 meters.

Following the regulatory updates that came into effect on 1^st December 2021, all scaffold towers that does not comply with the new criteria can continue to be used in compliance with Legislative Decree 81, exclusively with anchoring to the wall or to a fixed structure at least every 4 meters.

Fixing system

Fixing of the structure with stainless steel ties that give 50% more rigidity and inalterability over time, as opposed to welding that yields over time.

Materials

Top system is made of extruded aluminium with a minimum thickness of 1.5 mm. Extruded aluminium has a higher elasticity than electro-welded materials, giving greater strength and avoiding sudden structural collapses.

Rungs

The ascent is easy thanks to the close distance of the rungs, 7 rungs placed on each side, instead of the 6 that are usually placed on the sides of other scaffold towers available on the market.

Worktops

Tops made with high-strength aluminium structure and large aluminium support hooks that allow them to withstand even accidental impacts. The scuff plate is made of aluminium and the walking surface of non-slip plywood with phenolic treatment for water resistance.

Quick and easy assembly, thanks to the connection systems with self-locking hooks. No keys and no other tools are required for assembly.

All Top Systems can be coupled horizontally allowing you to make a scaffold tower on wheels.
